The hotel had a nice, quiet location with several restaurants nearby. The made-to-order breakfast was excellent and the staff attentive, which enhanced the experience. However, the bathtub showed significant stains and cracks, and the remote control for the TV was partly broken. Additionally, the pillows were nice but the bed was just okay.

We loved the spacious room with two queen beds, perfect for our large family with four babies. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with made-to-order omelettes and plenty of fresh fruit to keep everyone happy before our daily adventures.
In my wife's opinion, a play area for little ones would be great.

Nice queen room with two queen beds. Had air conditioning, fridge, microwave, and good toiletries. The indoor pool and hot tub were great for the kids. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was fixed to order, and while not free, it was tasty. Location was perfect near shopping and places to eat, so convenient.

This is my second stay, and I liked the cozy armchair with the footstool and the decent breakfast, but the coffee could’ve been hotter. I noticed the stained bathtub wasn’t as nice as the photos showed. I'd consider returning again.

missingWrote a review on 12 Junpool maintenance
The pool was freezing during my stay. it felt more like a winter leap rather than a refreshing dip. The area around it lacked proper cleaning, with no fresh towels provided during my three-day stay. Breakfast turned chaotic in the mornings, with limited options running out quickly. Tables remained unclean due to insufficient staff to manage the rush. I waited over 20 minutes for a made-to-order omelet that never came. The room rate didn’t quite match the quality, leaving a lingering sense of disappointment.
